Our service retains the following personal information, for the following reasons:

Your Commerce7 Username
- We keep track of your commerce7 username and the when you log in. We do this for billing purposes--the price of the product is determined by the number of users, so it's necessary to track users.

Your Winery
- We keep track of the winery(ies) you are affiliated with for authentication purposes.

Your Payment Information
- We do not handle your payment information directly, because we use Stripe to maximize security. However, we do retain the last four numbers of your credit card for display on your settings screen, and your customer ID, which is necessary to bill you.
Additionally, our app processes the following personal information without sending it to our servers for storage.

Information about your customers, clubs, and products
- The plugin retrieves information about your customers, clubs, and products from Commerce7 and displays that information to you. However, the information is not used for any other purpose, and is not transmitted out of your computer.

Your Credentials
- The application uses your Commerce7 credentials to retrieve your customer data and display it to you.
